Sourced from vines in the Wanaka Road – Cromwell region. The fruit was carefully handpicked; gently foot stomped and left on skins overnight.
 
Whole-bunch pressed in a basket press, lightly settled and racked off solids for a cool slow ferment in stainless steel tank with extensive lees stirring to increase the mouthfeel.
